Access to the bureau is by ramp. The front door is power assisted with large activation buttons.
Two ground floor interview rooms are able to acccomodate wheelchair users.
A ground floor adapted toilet is also available.

* Please note that appointments are only made after a client has made an initial visit and been seen by an bureau adviser. Whilst many requests for advice can be handled with one visit some cases require further appointments as the case develops. Examples of this are Welfare Benefits, Debt and Employment issues where additional paperwork and contact with third parties is required.
We offer outreach advice sessions in a variety of locations:
Many people, who for one reason or another such as ill health or mobility issues, cannot travel to one of our offices can arrange a home visit by calling and asking for information on the service.
